Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of common areas, waiting rooms, hallways, and restrooms.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, handrails, light switches, and elevator buttons.
• Empty trash and dispose of medical waste according to guidelines.
• Refill dispensers for soap, paper towels, and toilet paper as needed.
• Monitor inventory and notify supervisor when supplies need to be reordered.
• Assist with setting up and cleaning meeting rooms and event spaces as necessary.
• Collaborate with maintenance and facility teams for cleanliness and safety.
• Report maintenance or repair needs to appropriate personnel.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Other tasks as requested by the customer and Advanced, Inc team.

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Janitor to join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our [facility – medical, office, venue, etc.]. The Janitor will ensure that our facility remains a welcoming and sanitary space for [patients, visitors, and staff].

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of all common areas, waiting rooms, hallways, and restrooms.
