ESFM is seeking janitorial staff in Saint Petersburg, FL. The roles are available as full-time and part-time positions with the ability to float day and night shifts. Online applications are accepted only.

The location is 6101 45th Street N, Saint Petersburg, FL 33714. Essential duties include keeping buildings clean, performing heavy cleaning tasks, disposing of trash, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring a safe environment for patients, visitors and staff.

Responsibilities

• Keeps buildings clean and orderly.
• Performs heavy cleaning duties including cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish.
• Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans.
• Dusts and damp mops floors following approved procedures.
• Moves equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and places furniture back in correct placement.
• Cleans assigned areas with the use of assigned materials and equipment, sanitizes surfaces, and follows the eight-step cleaning procedure.
• Washes walls, windows, furniture, baseboards to maintain a clean, safe environment for patients, visitors and staff.
• Seeks out areas requiring cleaning; takes initiative to complete tasks.
• Completes all tasks assigned by supervisor; performs duties per federal, state and county guidelines.
• Strips, scrubs, buffs and refinishes floors; shampoos carpet.
• Contributes to the team; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others.

• Pay Range : $15.00 per hour to $15.50 per hour
