Job Opening: Janitor

ESFM has openings for full-time and part-time Janitor positions located at Kraft-Heinz, 3704 Louis Rich Road, Newberry, SC 29108. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time and part-time schedules; Monday through Friday and Sunday through Thursday, hours may vary. More details will be provided upon interview.

Requirements: Prior janitorial experience is required.

Pay Range: $14.00 to $15.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Keeps buildings clean and orderly by performing heavy cleaning duties such as floor cleaning, rug shampooing, wall and glass washing, and rubbish removal.

Essential Duties:

• Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans.
• Dust and damp mop floors.
• Move equipment and furniture for cleaning and replace them properly.
• Clean assigned areas using proper materials and equipment, following the eight-step cleaning procedure.
• Wash walls, windows, furniture, and baseboards.
• Identify areas needing cleaning and complete tasks proactively.
• Follow all federal, state, and county guidelines.
• Strip, scrub, buff, and refinish floors; shampoo carpets.
• Contribute to team efforts and maintain professionalism.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
