ESFM, the corporate Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) division of Compass Group USA, is hiring full-time JANITOR positions at:

Location: Tesla - 201 Logistics Drive, Kyle, TX 78640

Schedule: Full-time shifts from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm or 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm. Days may vary; more details provided during interview.

Requirements: Preferred candidates have at least six months to one year of construction cleaning or janitorial experience.

Pay Rate: $17.25 per hour.

Job Responsibilities

• Keep buildings clean and orderly, performing heavy cleaning duties such as floor cleaning, rug shampooing, wall and glass washing, and rubbish removal.
• Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans.
• Dust and damp mop floors, move and replace furniture for cleaning.
• Clean assigned areas with proper materials and equipment, sanitize surfaces, and follow the eight-step cleaning process.
• Wash walls, windows, furniture, baseboards, and other items to maintain a safe environment.
• Identify areas needing cleaning and complete tasks proactively.
• Perform all tasks assigned by supervisors in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Strip, scrub, buff, and refinish floors; shampoo carpets.
• Work collaboratively with team members and exhibit professionalism.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
