Job summary

The FORUM in Cupertino, CA is hiring a hospitality focused Housekeeping/Janitorial Associate. This full-time role performs housekeeping and janitorial tasks to keep the community clean and safe for residents.

You will handle trash, maintain equipment, participate in training, and follow supervisor instructions. A CA driver’s license and clear English communication are required for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and written communication.
• A valid CA Driver's License is required.
• Previous floor maintenance experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Picks up and removes major trash from the Community.
• Maintains all equipment and supplies in proper condition.
• Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned.
• Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
• Communicates effectively using approved radio equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
