Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in common areas, waiting rooms, hallways and restrooms.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, handrails, light switches, and elevator buttons.
• Empty and properly dispose of trash and medical waste.
• Refill dispensers for soap, paper towels, and toilet paper as needed.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when reorders are needed.
• Assist with setting up and cleaning meeting rooms and event spaces.
• Collaborate with maintenance and facility teams to address cleanliness and safety issues.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to appropriate personnel.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures when handling cleaning chemicals.
