Job summary

Rosauers Supermarkets, Inc. is seeking a dependable team member to perform cleaning and sanitization across departments. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, trash disposal, spill management, and reporting maintenance needs.

You will work with various cleaning supplies and equipment to maintain a safe, clean store environment. Ideal candidates are 18+ with attention to safety and detail; pre-employment background checks may apply.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies.
• Able to use basic cleaning equipment.
• Candidates must be 18+ years or older.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning and sanitization of each department while keeping them maintained and in good condition.
• Clean and supply designated areas and equipment (sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning, etc.)
• Sweep, mop and sanitize floors. Scrub, wash and sanitize walls and sinks.
• Clean up spills with appropriate equipment. Collect and dispose of trash.
• Notify store management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
