Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Willingness to complete required training and certifications.
• Ability to work independently and take pride in maintaining a clean environment.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting and wearing required PPE.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks per environmental, health, safety, food safety, and quality standards.
• Clean and maintain restrooms, offices, break rooms, locker rooms, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, dust, wipe surfaces, and clean under racks and equipment.
• Empty trash and recycle containers and dispose of materials properly.
• Replenish supplies such as soap, towels, tissue, disinfectants, and coffee supplies.
• Operate cleaning equipment including floor scrubbers.
• Maintain cleanliness in hallways, stairs, freezer areas, and production spaces with PPE.
• Document completed work as directed by supervisor.
• Complete required training and certifications.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Janitor

Day Shift: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a dependable Janitorial / Sanitation Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment throughout our Liquid Products Department. This role plays an important part in supporting food safety, employee comfort, and overall facility operations.

You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining offices, restrooms, locker rooms, break rooms, control rooms, hallways, stairwells, smoking areas, and other designated spaces throughout the facility.

What You’ll Do

• Perform all cleaning and sanitation tasks in compliance with environmental, health, safety, food safety, and quality standards
• Clean and maintain restrooms, offices, break rooms, locker rooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, dust, wipe down surfaces, and clean under racks and equipment as required
• Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of materials properly
• Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, toilet tissue, seat covers, disinfectants, utensils, paper cups, and coffee supplies
• Operate cleaning equipment, including walk-behind and ride-on floor scrubbers
• Clean hallways, stairways, freezer areas, and production support rooms while wearing required PPE
• Document completed work as directed by your supervisor
• Complete required training and certifications
• Perform other related duties as assigned
