Job summary

GDI Services Inc US is seeking a dependable cleaner to join our facilities team in Avon Lake, Ohio. The role involves cleaning a commercial office building, restrooms, break rooms, dusting, trash removal, and floor care.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 2PM to 10PM. You will work with a crew, follow supervisor directions, wear steel-toe shoes when required, and maintain a safe, clean environment for tenants and visitors.

Qualifications

• Experience cleaning commercial buildings is a plus.
• Ability to follow supervisor instructions.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Steel-toed shoes when required.
• Ability to work in hot conditions.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Cleaning of a commercial office building.
• Cleaning restrooms, break-rooms, dusting, and trash removal.
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.

Requirements:

• Experience with cleaning commercial buildings is a plus, but not required.
• Must have the ability to work with other crew members.
• Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Steel-toed shoes required when applicable.
• Ability to work in hot conditions.
