A positive attitude and safety awareness are essential to uphold our standards. Responsibilities include cleaning common areas, performing light maintenance, lawn care and snow removal as needed, and supporting after-hours needs.

Qualifications

• Experience cleaning facilities or residential properties.
• Reliable and detail-oriented with a focus on safety and appearance.
• Willingness to use lawn care and snow removal equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage cleaning of common areas and property amenities.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks as needed.
• Assist with lawn care and snow removal when required.
• Provide courteous customer service to residents and guests.
