Job summary

Apploi is seeking a dedicated janitor to maintain clean and healthy facilities across resident rooms and common areas. You will be responsible for sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, bathroom sanitation, trash removal, and surface upkeep in a supportive environment.

The role requires prior janitorial experience, a high school diploma preferred, and the ability to pass a background check. We value reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to safety while supporting events and daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous janitorial/custodian experience and cleaning service experience are preferred.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust in resident rooms, common areas, hallways, and other spaces.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms and replenish supplies (toilet paper, soap, towels).
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness of windows, mirrors, and other surfaces.
• Monitor and report maintenance issues or repairs needed.
• Follow cleaning procedures to ensure health and safety standards.
• Assist with setting up and cleaning up for events and activities.

• Monitor and report any maintenance issues or repairs needed.
• Follow proper cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Assist with setting up and cleaning up for events and activities as needed.
