Job summary

JOHNSONS ACCOMODATIONS LLC is hiring a reliable Janitor to maintain cleanliness and safety across our facilities. You will perform high and low dusting, vacuuming, mopping, restroom and break room cleaning, and trash disposal, ensuring spaces meet our standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of janitorial experience, a valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle for on-site travel, and the ability to work independently with attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of janitorial experience.
• Driver’s license and reliable vehicle for on-site travel.
• Experience with a variety of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Good physical health and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the building.
• Vacuum carpets, mop floors, clean restrooms, dust furniture, and empty trash cans daily.
• Clean windows, supply restrooms, and wipe up spills and hazards.
• Secure the building by locking doors after cleaning.
• Write reports of areas cleaned and notify the manager of major repairs.

You’ll be responsible for all cleaning duties including high and low dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, break rooms, conference rooms, and emptying trash. • Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the building
• Vacuum carpets, mop floors, clean restrooms, dust furniture, and empty trash cans daily
• Clean windows, supply restrooms,
• Wipe up spills and other hazards with sponges and squeegees
• Secure the building by locking doors once cleaning is complete
• Write reports of areas cleaned and notify the manager of major repairs

• At least 1 year of experience in janitorial services
• Driver’s license and reliable vehicle that will be used to travel to different locations on site.
