Responsibilities

• Clean office, bathrooms, cafeteria, and kitchen areas
• Wash interior and exterior windows
• Empty trash containers around the property
• Pick up litter in the parking lot
• Refill hand sanitizer dispensers
• Operate floor scrubber and floor polisher as instructed
• Clean up spills on the plant floor
• Set up tables and chairs for meetings
• Stock janitorial supplies in assigned locations
• Inspect fire extinguishers and emergency light fixtures
• Clean ceiling vent covers
• Change damaged ceiling tiles
• Paint as instructed
• Clean areas of the plant as instructed
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Maintenance Manager

Physical Demands
