Position Overview

We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Janitors for immediate hire to join our day shift team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment in commercial facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of restrooms, offices, lobbies, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas
• Empty trash and recycling containers
• Follow safety guidelines and use proper PPE at all times
• Report maintenance or repair needs to supervisor
• Ensure compliance with company cleaning standards and client expectations

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout shift
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service
• Must pass background check and eligibility to work in the U.S.
