Janitor (Laborer 1)

Janitor (Laborer 1) Competitive Pay: This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $18.00/hr. to $20.00/hr., depending on experience and qualifications. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Janitor to provide cleaning services for customer equipment at industrial and commercial facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and servicing of industrial and commercial systems
• Document service work and maintain accurate service reports in company systems
• Maintain and test service equipment and tools before and after use
• Assist with special projects and technical service initiatives
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Required Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of field service experience
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
• Experience disassembling, repairing, and reassembling equipment
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and electrical diagnostic equipment
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals, safety procedures, and service documentation

Additional Requirements

• Ability to travel up to 5%
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack
