Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
• Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Basic ability sufficient to follow safety protocols and cleaning instructions.
• Prior experience in janitorial or cleaning services is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and the use of cleaning equipment.
• Ability to interpret information in print and electronic form (IPads/Tablets, Computers, Mobile Devices).
• Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, in person and electronically.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Eligible for required credentials/clearances (FAA, RAIC, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs, as applicable).
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

You must adhere to health and safety regulations and use cleaning chemicals and equipment effectively. Additionally, you are responsible for reporting any maintenance issues and ensuring that cleaning supplies are well-stocked and maintained.

• Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, RAIC, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable).
