Role Description

This is a full-time remote Janitor role. The Janitor will be responsible for performing routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal to maintain a safe and sanitary environment. Daily responsibilities may include restroom cleaning and restocking supplies, disinfecting high-touch surfaces, and ensuring common areas, offices, and industrial spaces meet cleanliness standards. The role also involves reporting maintenance issues, following safety procedures, and coordinating with supervisors and customers to meet service expectations. While the position is designated as remote, the employee will perform janitorial duties at assigned client facilities and communicate with management and clients through remote channels.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Janitorial Services and Housekeeping, including cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining commercial or industrial facilities.
• Ability to provide courteous and responsive Customer Service to clients and onsite personnel.
• Experience with Training or mentoring team members on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
• Exposure to Sales or service promotion is helpful for supporting customer retention and satisfaction.
• Knowledge of safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment; adherence to health and safety standards.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks as required for janitorial work.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior experience in commercial or industrial cleaning is an advantage.
