Job summary

Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is seeking a part-time Janitor to maintain clean, welcoming spaces across our entertainment venues. The role emphasizes guest-facing service, safety compliance, and efficient routine upkeep in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays. We offer competitive pay and strong benefits as part of a growing team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors by greeting them in a friendly and positive manner.
• Perform general clean-up of all areas of the building—dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming etc.
• Maintain routine upkeep of all exterior areas and parking lot.
• Remove trash and garbage daily.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms and closets.
• Follow health and safety regulations and use cleaning chemicals safely.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with Guests and teammates.
• Assist with Opening, Running and Closing department duties as assigned.
• Support guest service in various areas as needed.

POSITION SUMMARY
An Andretti Janitor isa part-time role responsible for anticipating guest needs, and exceeding guest service expectations all while providing a fun and exciting atmosphere. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome visitors by greeting them in a friendly and positive manner.
• Perform general clean-up of all areas of the building- dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming etc.
• Maintain routine upkeep of all exterior areas, green space and parking lot.
• Remove trash and garbage daily.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms and closets.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Properly use cleaning chemicals, safety attire and tools
• Observe, instruct and monitor Guests for safety and guideline adherence.
• Constant working knowledge of Andretti brand, product and policies and procedures.
• Communicate clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with Guests and fellow co-workers.
• Performs Opening, Running and Closing department duties as assigned.
• Prior guest service or hospitalityexperience is preferred.
