Job summary

End Of Day Logistics is seeking independent janitorial contractors and cleaning businesses to service multiple small retail locations across North Carolina. Contractors may cover a single location or a network of nearby sites, on a biweekly schedule, with payment per location.

Each location averages ~3,500 sq ft and visits are expected to take 30–60 minutes. Exact scope, service times, and compensation will be finalized prior to assignment.

Job description

We are seeking independent janitorial contractors and commercial cleaning businesses to service several small retail locations throughout North Carolina.

Contractors may service one location or accept multiple locations within a geographic area they can reliably cover.

Contract Opportunity

• Independent-contractor or business-to-business arrangement
• Long‑term account
• Service performed every other week, approximately two visits per month
• Payment issued per location
• Anticipated compensation: $50-$150 per location per month
• Final rate will depend on the approved scope, location and service requirements
• Contractors may accept multiple nearby locations

Anticipated Cleaning Requirements

Each retail location averages approximately 3,500 square feet. Based on the information currently available, each visit is expected to take approximately 30-60 minutes.

Anticipated services may include:

• Vacuuming the sales floor
• Cleaning restrooms
• Wiping high‑touch surfaces
• General light janitorial cleaning
• Completing basic service documentation, if required

The final scope of work has not yet been issued. Specific cleaning requirements, approved service times and contractor responsibilities will be provided before any location is assigned.
