Simple Custodial Services LLC is seeking a reliable Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene of commercial spaces, ensuring work areas are safe, sanitized, and presentable for employees and visitors.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm with some flexibility. Requirements include attention to detail, reliability, physical stamina, own transportation, and the ability to follow cleaning procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage time and complete tasks within shifts.
• Reliable and punctual attendance is required.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.

• Willingness to work with others and assist as needed.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors and carpets.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including fixtures.
• Empty trash and remove waste from premises.
• Dust and wipe surfaces, furniture, and office equipment.
• Clean glass doors, windows, and partitions as needed.
• Restock restroom and kitchen supplies (soap, towels, toilet paper).
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and according to guidelines.
• Report maintenance issues or supply needs to the supervisor.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of commercial buildings. This role ensures that workspaces are safe, sanitized, and presentable for employees and visitors.

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Shift: 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm (flexible)

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors and carpets.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures.
• Empty and replace trash bags in bins and remove waste from premises.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and office equipment.
• Clean glass doors, windows, and partitions as needed.
• Restock restroom and kitchen supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.).
• Use and store cleaning chemicals safely and according to guidelines.
• Report maintenance issues or supply needs to the supervisor.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs.
