Job Overview

We are hiring immediately for full‑time Janitor positions at the American Express Centurion Lounge, 5757 Wayne Newton Boulevard, Las Vegas, NV 89111. The schedule is full‑time with days and hours that may vary. Previous 1 year of janitorial experience is required. Pay ranges from $19.10 to $22.00 per hour. Culinary union members are eligible for additional perks. An internal employee referral bonus is available.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans.
• Dust and mop floors following approved procedures.
• Move equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and return them to correct placement.
• Clean assigned areas using assigned materials and equipment; sanitize all surfaces and follow the eight‑step cleaning procedure.
• Wash walls, windows, furniture, baseboards, and other items to maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Identify areas requiring cleaning and take initiative to complete the task.
• Complete all tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Perform tasks in accordance with all federal, state, and county guidelines.
• Strip, scrub, buff, and refinish floors; shampoo carpet.
• Contribute to the team; exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow employees, and others.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
