Agropur is hiring a Janitor to maintain a clean work environment in the plant. You will follow the Master Sanitation Schedule and practice safe work habits across all areas. The role supports a culture of teamwork and practical impact in daily operations.

Responsibilities include completing cleaning tasks, documenting activities, and assisting in pest control and winter maintenance. High school diploma preferred; strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Knowledge of Master Sanitation Schedule and safe work practices.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily cleaning tasks per the Master Sanitation and Deep Cleaning Schedules.
• Work safely and efficiently in all areas of the plant including break rooms, locker rooms, offices, and corridors.
• Ensure work area and janitorial supplies are organized and maintained.
• Understand and comply with all Quality Assurance policies, reporting any potential food safety issues to management.
• Complete necessary paperwork to ensure documentation requirements are met.
• Assist in pest control program and monitoring facility.
• Complete non-routine cleaning/sanitation tasks as assigned.
• Assist in training newly hired janitorial team members.
• Assist in snow removal and winter maintenance.

Role Overview

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Rate: $19.21/hour
• $1.50hr shift differential for night shift
• Two pay increases in the first year up to $1.00

Shift Schedule

Shift time- 2-2-3 6am to 6pm Days only.

• Complete necessary paperwork to ensure all documentation requirements are met.
• Assist in executing pest control program and monitoring facility.
• Complete non-routine cleaning/sanitation tasks as assigned.
• Assist in the training/mentoring of newly hired janitorial team members.
• Assist in snow removal and management during winter months.

Education & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
