Westminster Communities of Florida is seeking a full-time Janitor for Riverside House in Jacksonville, FL. The role entails cleaning all common areas and halls, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and trash disposal.

Some apartment cleaning may be required between tenant turnovers. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent; up to one month of related experience is acceptable, with 6 months in senior care settings seen as a plus.

• Experience with or exposure to working with older adults desirable (preferred).

Riverside House, a senior high-rise apartment building, located in the Riverside area of Jacksonville, Florida, has a full-time Janitor position available. This position is responsible for general cleaning of all common areas and halls.

Essential Job Functions:

Responsible for general cleaning of all common areas and halls; vacuuming, dusting, mopping and disposal of trash. This position may involve cleaning of individual apartments in preparation for renting to new tenants/residents.

Minimum Qualifications:

A high school education or equivalent and up to one-month related experience and or training. Working with older adults is desirable, preferably a minimum of 6 months.
