Job summary

We are seeking independent janitorial contractors and commercial cleaning businesses to service several small retail locations throughout the state. Contractors may service one location or accept multiple locations within a geographic area they can reliably cover.

The arrangement is long-term and service is performed every other week, approximately two visits per month. Anticipated compensation is $50-$150 per location per month, with final rates depending on approved scope, location and service

• Independent janitorial contractors or established cleaning businesses are invited to apply.

Contract Opportunity

Anticipated Cleaning Requirements

Each retail location averages approximately 3,500 square feet. Based on the information currently available, each visit is expected to take approximately 30-60 minutes.

Anticipated services may include:

• Vacuuming the sales floor
• Cleaning restrooms
• Wiping high-touch surfaces
• General light janitorial cleaning
• Completing basic service documentation, if required

The final scope of work has not yet been issued. Specific cleaning requirements, approved service times and contractor responsibilities will be provided before any location is assigned.
