Job summary

SEAWATCH AT JUPITER ISLAND CONDOMINIUM seeks a dedicated Janitor to keep the building clean and safe. You will perform daily cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, restroom sanitation, and trash removal while supporting basic maintenance activities.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of janitorial experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to handle cleaning equipment and supplies. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in janitorial services.
• Driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the building.
• Vacuum carpets, mop floors, scrub restrooms, dust furniture, and empty trash cans daily.
• Clean windows, shampoo carpets, supply restrooms, and assist maintenance for minor tasks as requested.
• Wipe up spills and other hazards with sponges and squeegees.
• Secure the building by locking doors once cleaning is complete.
• Maintain an inventory of cleaning items and submit supply orders monthly to management.
