Job summary

Cypress Ridge Care Center is seeking a dependable Janitor to join our team. The role covers maintaining cleanliness across common areas, restrooms, halls, and other assigned spaces in a healthcare environment.

Key duties include sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, restocking supplies, and following all safety and sanitation guidelines. The position is full-time with a 10:30 AM–7:00 PM shift and offers a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial, custodial, or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable, punctual, and detail‑oriented.
• Comfortable working in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, staff areas, and high‑traffic zones
• Maintain floors, including spot‑cleaning and buffing as needed
• Restock supplies and maintain a safe, hazard‑free environment
