Job summary

Exhibition Hub is seeking a cleaner to take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties during the exhibition. This position is temporary for the duration of the event and reports to the General Manager.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary. Responsibilities include cleaning, stocking and supply of designated areas, sanitizing restrooms, carpet cleaning, dusting, garbage removal, and following health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas
• Clean, sanitize and restock multiple restrooms on a designated schedule
• Utilize a carpet sweeper to clean venue carpets during operating hours
• Dust and sanitize retail store and other high frequency areas
• Remove garbage from the venue after closing
• Maintain vacuuming schedule
• Perform routine outdoor litter removal
• Maintain weekly deep cleaning schedule
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repair
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Complete special projects as assigned

The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.
