Responsibilities

• Provide night janitorial coverage at assigned commercial buildings throughout Seattle and Bellevue, with locations varying by shift.
• Clean offices, common areas, and other interior spaces to company standards.
• Sanitize restrooms and restock supplies.
• Vacuum, mop, dust, and remove trash to maintain clean, professional environments.
• Operate cleaning equipment, including backpack vacuums, safely and effectively.
• Work independently and with team members to maintain consistent service across client locations.

Qualifications

• Janitorial, housekeeping, or cleaning experience of one year or more preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work night shifts at varying locations across Seattle and Bellevue.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and use cleaning equipment, including backpack vacuums.
• Dependable attendance, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation

$23.30 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses and overtime.
