Venture Central LLC is currently seeking a friendly and reliable Janitor to maintain our office spaces in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $79,476, with benefits and opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining our office spaces, ensuring they are clean, safe, and welcoming for our employees and visitors. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.

You will be responsible for daily cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and restocking supplies. You will also handle waste disposal and ensure the office is tidy and inviting.

You will work in a team environment at our Baltimore, MD office. The role requires a friendly demeanor and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

You should have at least 1 year of experience in janitorial work. Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies is required. You must be able to work independently and follow instructions.

The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $79,476 per year, providing a competitive base compensation.
