The role involves performing various cleaning duties such as vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing restrooms, shampooing carpets, and performing minor maintenance tasks like replacing light bulbs and emptying trash. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, experience with cleaning equipment and supplies, and take pride in their work.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the building.
2. Eliminate hazards and clean spills using appropriate tools.
3. Clean windows, shampoo carpets, restock restrooms, and perform minor repairs regularly.
4. Secure the building by locking doors after cleaning.
5. Ensure daily completion of tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, dusting, and trash removal.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment.
3. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
4. Good physical health and condition.
5. Valid U.S. driver’s license or reliable transportation.

Compensation

$16 hourly
