Qualifications

• Proven experience installing James Hardie fiber cement siding.
• Active General Liability Insurance (min $1,000,000).
• Own tools, equipment, and transportation.
• Professional references from recent installations.
• Commitment to safe, clean job sites and high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Install James Hardie fiber cement siding on residential projects.
• Maintain clean, safe job sites throughout the project.
• Coordinate with Home Genius Exteriors project management and crews.
