Coastal Wealth is seeking a full-time, on-site Financial Advisor in the Jacksonville metro area of Florida. You will meet with clients to assess their financial situations, clarify short- and long-term goals, and develop personalized financial plans.

Daily responsibilities include analyzing investments, retirement planning, insurance needs, and financial risk, presenting recommendations clearly, and monitoring progress toward goals.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess Financial Planning and Financial Advisory skills to design, present, and manage comprehensive client strategies.
• Candidates should possess Finance and Investments knowledge to analyze portfolios, evaluate risk, and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Candidates should possess Retirement Planning expertise to help clients prepare for income needs, asset preservation, and long-term security.
• Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and client relationship management skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Candidates should possess a high level of integrity, professional ethics, and a client-first mindset, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Finance, Economics, Business) or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
• Industry licenses and registrations (such as securities licenses and state insurance licenses) or willingness to obtain them within a defined timeframe are beneficial.
• Prior experience in financial services, wealth management, or advisory roles is preferred but not strictly required for highly motivated candidates.
