Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine North America Operations Undergraduate Summer Internship offers a 10-12 week immersive experience for high-performing undergraduates who want a career in healthcare. You will develop leadership, technical, and communication skills by tackling real business challenges with senior leaders and cross‑functional partners across multiple groups.

The program provides hands-on exposure to Strategic Customer Group, Scientific Affairs, Patient Engagement and Customer

Qualifications

• By start date, completion of at least two college semesters.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during internship.

Purpose: Johnson& Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting high performingundergraduatetalent who are passionate about exploring a career in healthcare for their Summer Internship experience. Our program is based on a philosophy of empowering leaders through challenging assignments, functional and leadership training, clearobjectives, feedback, and coaching.

The Internship is a10-12 weekprogram focused on providing college students withan immersiveand practical business experience. It allows students to develop leadership, technical, and communication skills as well as broaden their understanding of the concepts learned in the classroom by implementing them with the Johnson & JohnsonInnovative MedicineOperationsteam.

You willbe responsible for:

Over the course of the internship, you will have the opportunity to gain diverse experiences and network across theJ&J Innovative Medicine North American Operationsorganizationincluding areas within:Strategic Customer Group(SCG), Scientific Affairs(SA), Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions(PECS),the Established Products Group(EPG),U.S.Government Affairs & Health PolicyandU.S.Advocacy and State Affairs.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Required

• U.S. work authorization without the need for sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1-B status) now or in the future. (Students currently in the country on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT require future sponsorship for long termemployment).
• Candidates must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate degree program and be entering their sophomore or junior year at the start of the internship (rising sophomores or rising juniors). Candidates who will graduate before or during the internship program are not eligible.
• By start date, candidate must have completed at leasttwo(2) college semesters
• MinimumGPA of 3.0
• Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the internship
• Ability to provide own transportation to/from the work location (no full-time remoteoption)
• Ability to self-manage housing needs
• Ability torelocateto assigned site location: Titusville, NJorHorsham, PA (candidate preference will be considered).

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$23.50/hr to $52.50/hr

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

The expected pay range for this position is between $23.50 per hour and $52.50 per hour but will be based on candidate’s program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. Co-Ops/Interns are eligible to participate in Company sponsored employee medical benefits in accordance with the terms of the plan. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible for the following sick time benefits: up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington, up to 56 hours per calendar year. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension).
