Job summary

Innova Solutions seeks a Network Planning Engineer in Melbourne, FL for a 12-month contract-to-hire engagement. The role focuses on designing IP networks, implementing circuits, and documenting designs with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with SONET, Optical Circuits, and Cisco ONS platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with ticket management, change management, and MEF standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and document IP network solutions based on user requirements.
• Configure network equipment and perform end-to-end implementation.
• Coordinate with IXC Deployment Team, engineering, and field technicians.
• Provide after-hours support for scheduled maintenance and activation tasks.
