Job summary

UF Health in Florida is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specialized in interventional procedures to assist and perform radiographic exams in Special Procedures. The role requires graduates from a School of Radiologic Technology recognized by ARRT/RCIS and appropriate licensure.

The candidate should have less than one year of general radiology experience with emphasis on angio/interventional procedures and ideally hold ARRT VI or comparable RCIS certification, plus BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate from School of Radiologic Technology recognized by ARRT and/or RCIS.
• Florida licensure and/or RCIS/ARRT certification; BLS from AHA or ARC.
• Less than one year general Radiology with emphasis toward angio/interventional procedures.
• ARRT VI preferred.
• 1–2 years interventional experience preferred.

• Specific course work: Graduate from School of Radiologic Technology recognized by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) and/or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS).
• Required Licensure/Certifications: Florida State License/ and/or RCIS ARRT certification/ and/or RCIS BLS from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Required Experience: Less than one (1) year general Radiology with emphasis toward angio/interventional procedures.
• Preferred Licensure/Certifications: ARRT Vascular Interventional (VI)
• Preferred Experience: 1-2 years Interventional experience
