Job summary

xScion is seeking an IV&V Analyst to join a project team in McLean, Virginia. As an analyst, you will bridge benefits and HRIS stakeholders with the Data Hub implementation team, ensuring that all testing requirements align with real-world workflows. The role involves both hands-on testing strategies and validation reports.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 5+ years of analytical experience, particularly in retirement plan administration, and strong requirements documentation skills. Benefits include medical, flexible spending, and up to 27 days off per year.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a business analyst or QA/IV&V analyst with experience in DB/DC retirement plan administration.
• Demonstrated ability to document complex use cases and business rules from compliance stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with IV&V or data validation test strategies.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and prioritize reporting use cases across benefits and HRIS domains.
• Define and maintain IV&V strategy and test plans.
• Collaborate with Data Architects to ensure compliance expectations.
