Job summary

OWM Integrative Wellness is seeking a Registered Nurse to support IV access, initiate IV infusions, and administer IV medications under physician orders. The role includes monitoring patient response, documenting in the EMR, and managing IV medication stock.

You will engage in patient triage, coordinate care with providers, and contribute to operational efficiency. Active NYS RN license and CPR are required with 2–3 years' clinical experience in infusion/EMR duties.

Qualifications

• 2-year nursing degree required; BSN preferred.
• 2–3 years of clinical experience in healthcare with IV infusions and EMR documentation.
• Current CPR and NYS RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct venipuncture and initiate IV infusions or ozone treatments.
• Administer prescribed medications and nutritional products via IV following protocols.
• Document all therapies, vital signs, and patient responses in the EMR.
• Monitor for IV therapy emergencies and manage adverse events per guidelines.
• Coordinate scheduling and inventory for infusion therapies.
