• Licensed Vocational Nurse License (California) and Basic Life Support.
• IV Certification updated within last 3 years or demonstrated IV competencies.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care under direct supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician.
• Upholds Kaiser Permanente policies and procedures and applicable laws.
• Collaborates with physicians and RNs to develop and evaluate patient care plans.
• Delivers patient care with attention to age-related needs and safety.
• Documents data accurately and timely in patient records.
