Qualifications

• Paramedic: Graduate of an Accredited Paramedic Program with current certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of vascular access or IV infusion experience.
• At least 2 years of leadership or management experience in healthcare.
• Strong IV insertion and monitoring abilities.
• Proficient in EMR systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• IV Therapy Administration: Start IVs, run fluids, monitor clients during treatment.
• Patient Documentation: Accurately document client interactions and treatment plans.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure practices meet state regulations and accreditation requirements.
• Team Leadership: Lead healthcare professionals, provide guidance and training on IV therapy.
• Staff Development: Hire, train, mentor staff, fostering growth and excellence.
• Performance Monitoring: Oversee staff performance, set goals and career plans.
• Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts promptly and effectively.
• Continuous Learning: Stay current on IV therapy and nutrition infusion techniques.
• Marketing: Assist owner with marketing efforts and community outreach.
