Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness in Reno, NV seeks an IV Infusion Nurse with strong IV skills and sales background to join our wellness team. This role offers full-time or part-time options and weekend coverage, in a welcoming, non-traditional medical setting focused on client wellness.

The ideal candidate is an RN with 2+ years in sales/retail, BLS certified, experienced in injections, and comfortable with EMR documentation. Join us to lead and support a team in a vibrant wellness environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with current license to practice.
• At least 2 years of sales/retail experience; med spa/laser clinic a plus.
• BLS certified.
• At least 1 year of experience administering injections.
• Proficient in using EMR to document client visits.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV Drip Therapy and IM shots to deliver vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
• Educate clients on the qualities and benefits of IV Drip and IM injections.
• Administer Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions.
• Use blood test offerings to help clients optimize wellness.
• Promote memberships and medical services based on client needs.
• Document client visits via electronic medical records.
• Address and answer client questions with guidance from Medical Director and APNs.
• Communicate any issues to the medical compliance team.
• Provide therapeutic communication along with excellent customer service.
• Assist staff with store services and off-site nursing events.
• This position reports to the Lead Nurse.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

IV Infusion Nurse – Wellness & Hydration

FULL TIME (4-5 days per week which would include 4 weekend days per month)

PART TIME (2-3 days per week which would include 2 weekend days per month)

• Administer IV Drip Therapy and Intramuscular (IM) Shots to deliver our menu of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.


• Educate clients on the qualities and benefits of our IV Drip and Intramuscular (IM) Shot ingredients.


• Administer Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions.


• Utilize blood test offerings to help clients optimize their wellness.


• Promote memberships and medical services based on client needs.


• Document client visits via electronic medical records.


• Address and answer client questions using the Restore Nursing Reference Guide under the supervision of the Medical Director and network of licensed Advanced Practice Providers.


• Communicate to the medical compliance team any issues or adverse effects clients experience.


• Provide therapeutic communication along with exceptional customer service


• Assist staff with store services.


• Assist with off-site nursing events and special projects.


• This position reports to the Lead Nurse.


• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Qualifications

• You’re a licensed Registered Nurse (RN).


• You have at least two years of experience in sales and/or retail. (Experience in Med Spa, weight loss clinic, or laser clinics are a plus)


• You are BLS (Basic Life Support) certified


• You have at least one year of experience administering injections.


• You’re comfortable using electronic medical records to document client details.


• You maintain a non-judgemental outlook and have a demonstrated ability to work with a diverse clientele.


• Your verbal and written communication skills are on point.


• You value ethics and integrity.


• You embrace a team environment and also excel at working independently.


• You’re willing to adhere to all policies and procedures and understand the importance of maintaining medical compliance.
