Job summary

IV Nutrition in Rogers, Arkansas, is hiring a full-time IV Infusion Technician to deliver personalized, science-backed wellness care in a fast-paced clinic. If you’re an RN or Paramedic with top-tier IV skills, you’ll help restore, rebalance, and rebuild patient health while progressing toward leadership roles.

Compensation is $25-$27/hour plus tips and commissions, with a clear growth path to Assistant Clinic Director after a 90-day review, and benefits including paid time off and wellness

Qualifications

• Required License: RN, Paramedic
• Required Certifications: IV Therapy Certification + CPR/BLS
• 1+ year of clinical, emergency, or infusion experience preferred
• Excellent IV skills and bedside manner
• Emotionally intelligent, calm under pressure, and patient-focused
• Passionate about wellness, integrative health, and functional medicine

Responsibilities

• Start IVs and administer IM injections with precision and care
• Monitor patient response and ensure safety and comfort
• Educate clients about therapies, supplements, and long-term health goals
• Maintain top-tier cleanliness, documentation, and safety standards
• Prepare IV drips and manage daily treatment flow
• Track and restock inventory as needed
• Support scheduling, ordering, and overall clinic organization
• Collaborate with Clinic Director and Assistant Director on efficiency and quality initiatives
• Greet clients warmly and create a calm, welcoming atmosphere
• Build trust through clear, compassionate communication
• Address client questions or concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Demonstrate leadership qualities and participate in team training
