Qualifications

• Extensive experience in IV placement and infusion therapy (2–3+ years preferred).
• Demonstrated expertise with difficult venous access.
• Current certification/licensure as applicable by state law (RN, LPN, Paramedic, or Certified IV Technician).
• Strong knowledge of aseptic technique and clinical protocols.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform IV insertions with a high success rate, including difficult sticks.
• Administer IV therapies, injections, and infusions according to established protocols.
• Monitor patients during treatments and respond promptly to adverse reactions.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety, infection control, and compliance standards.
• Accurately document treatments, patient responses, and clinical notes.
• Prepare and manage infusion supplies and equipment.
