Restore Hyper Wellness Wheat Ridge – Applewood is hiring a Colorado RN to administer IV therapy and injections, guide wellness plans, and support in-studio services. The role is part-time to full-time with competitive pay and commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN license (or compact where accepted) and current BLS certification.
• 2+ years in acute care (ER/ICU/Med-Surg) or medical aesthetics.
• 1+ year administering injections and IV starts (IV training provided).
• Comfort documenting in EMR systems.
• Strong ethics and medical compliance.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV drip therapy and IM injections; explain ingredients and benefits to clients.
• Run mild hyperbaric oxygen sessions and guide clients through Biomarker Assessments.
• Recommend memberships and services aligned with client goals (commission eligible).
• Document visits in EMR and flag adverse effects to medical compliance team.
• Assist with in-studio services, front-desk tasks, events, and special projects.
• Maintain a safe, clean, welcoming studio; report to Lead Nurse.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

• $33-$35/hour, plus commissions
• Commissions Range: $25-50 per memberships, $25-250 on select medical services.
• Our top nurses have earned over $1,000 in commission in a single month.
• $35-$40 with commissions on medical and membership
• Matching 401(k): 100% match up to 3%, plus a 50% match on 4-5%

Schedule

2-4 shifts per week. Four shifts is about 36 hours, which is full-time with benefits. Some weekend availability required.

Studio hours

Mon-Thur | 8 hours | 10am-7pm
Fri | 8 hours | 10am-5pm
Sat | 6 hours | 10am-4pm
Sun | 6 hours | 10am-4pm

What You'll Do

• Administer IV drip therapy and IM shots, including NAD+ and Niagen (NR) protocols, and explain the ingredients and benefits to clients
• Run mild hyperbaric oxygen sessions and walk clients through Biomarker Assessments to guide their wellness plansRecommend memberships and services that fit each client's goals (you'll earn commission on these)
• Document visits in our EMR and flag any adverse effects to the medical compliance team
• Answer clinical questions using the Restore Nursing Reference Guide, with support from our Medical Director and Advanced Practice Providers
• Help with in-studio services (cryotherapy, sauna, red light, compression), front-desk tasks, off-site events, and special projects
• Keep the studio safe, clean, and welcoming
• Report to the Lead Nurse

What You Bring

• Active Colorado RN license [or compact license, if accepted] and current BLS certification
• 2+ years in acute care (ER, ICU, Med-Surg) or medical aesthetics
• 1+ year administering injections, and confidence with IV starts [or: IV training provided]
• Comfort documenting in electronic medical records
• Warm, nonjudgmental communication with a diverse clientele
• Strong ethics and a commitment to medical compliance
• Works well on a team and independently
• Sales or client-retention experience is a plus, but not required
• A genuine belief in preventive health
