Job summary

You will oversee daily operations, mentor IV techs, and drive safety, compliance, and teamwork across pharmacy, nursing, and clinical staff.

The role requires extensive IV compounding experience, strong aseptic technique, and proven leadership capabilities to support exceptional oncology services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IV compounding experience or completion of an accredited IV Admixture program.
• Strong aseptic techniques, calculations, and medication safety standards.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise IV Admixture Technicians and lead the sterile compounding team.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance across operations.
• Monitor inventory, purchasing, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Provide weekly operational reports and participate in leadership meetings.
