Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a Technology Manager for our Infor ERP Platform and Software Engineering teams in Oak Park Heights, MN. You will lead high-performing teams, define roadmaps, oversee vendor partnerships, and drive scalable, reliable solutions across the ERP landscape.

The role blends hands-on leadership with strategic initiatives, overseeing 15-20 team members, and partnering with architects, product owners, and business leaders to ensure operational excellence and long-term

  • Manage ERP Application Portfolio and Technology Health by maintaining visibility of application inventory, ownership, lifecycle, and business value.
  • Support team velocity and growth by identifying correct allocations of staff to enable teams and augmenting with external staff when necessary.
  • Participate in recruitment of necessary skills to support cross-functional self-organizing teams and mentor new members.
  • Remove organizational barriers to team success and act as escalation point for Scrum/Agile Product Teams.
  • Provide oversight on technical currency, vendor support changes, and portfolio prioritization.
  • Manage relationships with staffing and system vendors including SLAs and contracts.
  • Engage in Communities of Practice to foster organizational maturity and Agile understanding.
  • Oversee a team of 15-20 direct and indirect reports.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
POSITION PURPOSE

Join us as a Technology Manager for our Infor ERP Platform and Software Engineering teams. In this role, you’ll lead high-performing teams, shape the future of our ERP and application landscape, and drive technology initiatives that enable business success. You’ll develop talent, define technology roadmaps, oversee vendor partnerships, and collaborate with architects and business leaders to deliver scalable, reliable, and innovative solutions. This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide technology decisions while ensuring operational excellence and long-term platform sustainability. This is a hybrid role based out of our Oak Park Heights, MN office location.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage ERP Application Portfolio and Technology Healthbymaintainingvisibility of application inventory, ownership, lifecycle, and business value. Ensuring application portfolio informationremainsaccurateand current.Develop plans for end-of-life technologies and modernization opportunities.Monitor maintenance agreements and application-related budgets.Partner with architecture, security, and operational teams to ensureapplicationhealth and compliance.
  • Support team velocity and growth byidentifyingthe correct allocations of staff to enable teams, redeploying individuals to teams based on medium and long-term technology needs, and effectively augmenting teams with external staff when necessary. Maintaining composition of Agile Teams, intelligently augmenting/reallocating only when necessary. Understanding whenadditionalteams/staff are required and when teams/staff can be repurposed.
  • Participate in the recruitment of necessary skills to support cross-functional self-organizing teams, both inside and outside Andersen. Work closely with Product Owners and Account Managers toanticipateimpactsof organizational strategic announcements, company/product visions, and release/product roadmaps on staffingneeds.Provide onboarding and mentoring for new team members.
  • Help withremoving organizational barriers to team success. Serve as Point of Escalation for Scrum/Agile Product Teams. Propagate Agile Mindsets & Concepts across Business Partners & Leadership,in order tocreate further advocates for Transformation. Advocate for Agile transformation and continuous improvement via tools/capabilities, such as continuous integration, automated testing & deployment, Agile Planning Management tools, making the case to leadership aroundprocuringfunding.
  • Understandand provide oversightand guidance as it relatesto technicalcurrency,vendorsupport changes/sunsets, Portfolio Scoring.Own working withProductOwner(s)to prioritizethis workin Backlogsand upcoming Sprints.
  • Manage Relationships with both Staffing and System Vendors: Service Level Agreements, Contract Negotiationetc.
  • Actively engage in Communities of Practice forums and communication (via multiple channels) to foster organizational maturity and better Agile understanding, best practices amongst fellow People Managers, IT Leadership, as well as larger Agile community.
  • Oversee a team of 15-20 direct and indirect reports.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION,SKILLAND/OR COMPETENCYREQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree (in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Administration preferred) or equivalent years of experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Information Technology/Software Development/Operations/Infrastructure efforts with progressive responsibility, preferably prior hands-on development experience in a variety of languages/platforms.

PAY RANGE:

$111,137.00 - $172,263.00

PROFIT SHARING:

In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
