Job summary

MINT dentistry in Plano, TX, is hiring a Dentist to join our privately held, dentist-owned practice. You will deliver comprehensive dental care with clinical autonomy in a supportive, team-focused environment that values family and personal time.

We offer high patient volume, a strong compensation structure, and opportunities for professional growth within a modern setting. A state license and 2+ years U.S. experience are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
  • State license and regional boards.
  • 2+ years of clinical experience in the U.S. (outside of training).
  • Eligible to practice dentistry in local state.

Responsibilities

  • Embed and exemplify MINT values in all work and deliverables.
  • Provide coverage across north Dallas locations, primarily Mondays and Fridays (part-time possible).
  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance aligned with the brand.
  • Observe and support veteran dentists to learn and develop clinically.
  • Deliver quality and compassionate dental care to every patient.
  • Diagnose and provide appropriate dental treatments as needed.
  • Educate patients and parents on oral health.
  • Communicate with team on treatment plans and with patients about MINT procedures.
  • Prescribe medications as necessary and document all treatments.

Responsibilities

  • Embed and behaviorally exemplify the MINT dentistry values of Love, Generosity and Perfection in all work and deliverables, and proactively pursue a nurturing and collegial doctor/clinical and operational relationships anchored on these values
  • Serve offices by providing coverage across all north Dallas locations primarily on Mondays and Fridays, and enjoy reciprocal scheduling flexibility (part-time availability)
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance aligned with the brand and chic company aesthetic
  • Observe and provide support to veteran Dentists in all aspects of clinical operations to learn and develop according to MINT clinical practices
  • Deliver quality and compassionate dental care to every patient served
  • Diagnose and provide appropriate dental treatment to patients. This is to include exams, cleanings, scaling and root planing, delivering anesthetic, and composite restorations. Limitations as deemed appropriate by the lead dentist. For example extractions, multiple composite restorations, root canal therapy, crowns, fixed partial dentures, removable partial dentures or complete dentures.
  • Educate patients and parents of patients on maintaining proper oral health
  • Communicate with dental staff on our team regarding patient treatment plans
  • Communicate with patients regarding MINT products and procedures using MINT scripts
  • Prescribe medications as necessary
  • Carefully document all medications, diagnosis, treatments and consultations

Qualifications

  • Dental Doctoral degree from an accredited dental school
  • State license and regional boards
  • 2+ years of clinical experience in the U.S. (outside of the program setting)
  • Eligible to practice dentistry in local state
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment
  • Ability to use dental tools and equipment at an expert level

  • Experience operating your own practice is a plus
  • Experience in group practice is a plus
