Medline Canada Corporation is hiring for an Item Master Data role focused on maintaining data accuracy in the Material Master. You will support the IMD Lead Coordinator, handle requests, and ensure timely updates across divisions.

The role involves data extraction, analysis, and collaboration with Information Systems, Product Divisions, and management levels. Strong Excel and SAP knowledge are beneficial, with a team-oriented environment in Canada.

Qualifications

• Experience in data management and data quality control.
• Ability to extract, analyze and report data.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage Item Master Data mailbox and prioritize requests.
• Collaborate with IMD Lead Coordinator on projects and requests.
• Review and refine data files for successful uploads into Material Master.
• Analyze upload results, resolve errors, and identify causes and impacts.
• Communicate results and issues to requestors.
• Follow guidelines for product setup, discontinuation and data standardization.
• Create training materials and train team members on IMD processes.
• Follow approval processes for divisional changes to drive data efficiency.
• Provide back-up support for IMD tasks as needed.
