You will ensure data accuracy, audit readiness, and compliance with cost governance, while coordinating with Finance, Sourcing, and Logistics to resolve issues. The role emphasizes data integrity, end-to-end cost lifecycle execution, and collaboration across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in cost analysis, supply chain, or retail merchandising operations.
• Proficiency in Excel and data cleansing, pivot tables, and troubleshooting data issues.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end item cost updates from vendor quote receipt through final approved costs.
• Maintain item-level cost components including base cost, allowances, freight, duty, and surcharges.
• Support governance frameworks, approvals, and documentation for cost changes.
• Coordinate cost changes with Finance and Sourcing to identify data quality gaps and remediation needs.
• Maintain audit-ready cost records and support internal/external audits with cost change rationale.
