Job summary

EASY AS PI LEARNING LLC is seeking Italian tutors to conduct one-on-one and small group sessions both online and in person. Responsibilities include homework help, test prep, and using effective teaching strategies to engage students.

Candidates should have fluency in Italian and at least 2 years of tutoring experience, with patience and empathy to adapt to individual needs. Flexible work-from-home options are available.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one or small group Italian tutoring online and in-person.
• Assist students with homework and test preparation.

• Monitor progress and provide session reports to admin, parents/guardians, and teachers.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to align tutoring sessions with curriculum.
• Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment and travel between clients.

Duties

• Provide one‑on‑one or small group tutoring sessions to students both online and in person in all skill levels of Italian
• Assist students with homework assignments and test preparation
• Utilize effective teaching strategies to engage and motivate students
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback in session reports to admin, parents/guardians, and teachers
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to align tutoring sessions with classroom curriculum
• Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
• Reliably commute from client to client

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian
• At least 2 years of tutoring experience

Previous experience working with students, preferably with all ages, especially early childhood

Knowledge of various teaching methods and techniques

Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and teachers

Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs

Special consideration will be given to candidates who are capable of teaching or tutoring other subjects including other foreign languages, English, social studies and history, mathematics, and science
