All duties are to be performed in accordance with the departmental and Seminole Casino policies, practices and procedures.QUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma or GED required.A culinary apprenticeship or an AOS degree from a culinary institution is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.Must possess a knowledge of sanitation and quality food preparation techniques.WORK ENVIRONMENT:May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise.The casino is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
